Fostering Healthy Communities

3v3ryday Grind is reimagining what can be accomplished via the pairing of community safety driven solutions and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within the school system, the workforce and the community as a whole.

A Community Centered Approach

3v3ryday Grind is a community focused collective committed to uplifting the family as a unit and building solid relationships within the community. We serve both youth and adults with referral services to mental health, services, medical care, housing resources and legal assistance with expungement, expunction and immigration.

We believe that to move forward as a community we need to focus on the complete family unit and ensure the household is on the course for success versus one part of the whole. We also host family friendly events, speed mentoring, and mixers to ensure that childcare is not the reason that parents wishing to obtain the information to enter the workforce do not make the connections they need.

We offer age-appropriate construction focused workshops in schools and within the community so that participants can get hands on experience working with hand and power tools, and there are some supports around obtaining clothing and gear to enter the workforce. We also provided a safe space to utilize the internet for job search and resume creation.

In order to redirect, intervene, and effectively reach out to our communities we have to offer solutions. 3v3ryday Grind is a tangible solution to creating pathways to economic equity, prosocial activities, mentorship, career exploration, life skills development and fostering safe community spaces and relationships.
